Seidel Double Shot
Double Shot pullup cowhide is tanned in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by Seidel- a family-run tannery with over 75 years of craftsmanship. Seidel is one of the few remaining tanneries in the U.S., known for producing high-quality, full grain leathers. What sets this leather apart is its deep, rich pullup character. Through a unique hot wax infusion process, the leather develops stunning color that comes alive when folded or flexed, giving each Bible a distinctive look. The texture is smooth and buttery to the touch, yet has a healthy firmness that allows it to hold its shape and age beautifully. The natural grain is left untouched, showcasing authentic character. This is Seidel’s top grade leather, selected for its beauty, durability, and strength.
Goatskin
Capra Granulosa
Capra Granulosa is a premium goatskin leather with a rich, natural grain and luxurious feel. Levant
Levant goatskin is a premium vegetable-tanned goatskin leather known for its refined, pebbled grain and classic, high-end appearance. Traditionally used in fine bookbinding for centuries, this leather features. a naturally pronounced texture that. adds both. grip and visual richness to your Bible without being overly agressive or coarse. This leather is firm yet pliable- offering excellent durability while still allowing for a supple, flexible spine. A truly premium goatskin leather.
Liner Leather
Yapp Size
Yapp is the extended flap of leather that wraps around the text block edges, offering protection and a classic-elegant look. All Bibles come with a semi-yapp as standard, but we also offer full-yapp as an option.Â
Semi-yapp: The leather extends partway over the edge of the pages, enough to offer some protection without fully covering the text block.Â
Full-yapp: The leather extends all the way around the page edges, often touching or nearly touching when the Bible is closed, offering maximum protection and a traditional, high-end aesthetic.

Custom Stamping
Every Bible comes standard with “Holy Bible,” the translation abbreviation, and the Rock Wall Bibles shield logo stamped on the spine. However, the spine can be customized however you like. Â
We also offer a wide range of custom stamping options to personalize your Bible even further:
- Front cover: Add custom logos, family crests, or other unique artwork. For custom designs, we can provide an estimate and source the stamp for you. The Jerusalem Cross or Chi Rho symbols are available for stamping on the front cover or spine.Â
- Name stamping: Personal names or initals can typically be stamped on the inside front liner or on the back cover.
- Back cover: We can stamp Bible verses, meaningful phrases, or short dedications along the bottom of the back cover

Page Dye/Art Gilt
Page dye, also known as art gilt, refers to the color applied to the edges of the Bible pages. On Bibles with gilding, this color is subtly visible beneath the gold or silver edge when the Bible is open. On Bibles without gilding, the page dye becomes the primary visible. color on the edges when the Bible is closed.Â
